Our normal delivery time is 3 days from order date.
Deliveries in Dubai are made using our own delivery drivers.
We use a next day courier services for customers located in other Emirates.
If you need your order in less than 3 days, please contact us and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
We accept all major credit & debit cards for order payment.
Our online payments are processed securely with the Stripe payment gateway.
We don’t store or have access to your credit or debit card details, all payment information is handled directly by Stripe.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has not been started in our production department we can cancel the order and give you a full refund.
If your order has been produced unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel the order or offer a refund.

You can upload directly from your smartphone camera roll, pc, tablet or laptop.
You can choose from three different types of canvas edge finish on your canvas.
Mirror Edge: With a mirrored edge, the sides of the canvas’s image reflect a portion of the front image to cover the sides of the canvas. It blends seamlessly around the edge of the canvas.
Black Border Edge: A black border wrap along the edge of the canvas gives a clean, minimal look. The image only appears on the front of the canvas while the sides are left in solid black.
White Border Edge: A white border wrap along the edge of the canvas gives a clean, minimal look. The image only appears on the front of the canvas while the sides are white.
Always try to upload the highest resolution image you have. Our online designer will warn you if the image your trying to use is of low quality.
The higher resolution images you upload the better quality your finished canvas will be.
Each order is checked by our inhouse designers before printing, if the image is of low quality or has any issues a member of our team will reach out to you to discuss the issue and find a solution.
Our canvases are printed using LUCIA PRO pigment ink with the latest Canon Imagegraf Pro 6100 printers.
Our high-definition 12 colour printers are considered the gold standard of fine art printers with a maximum resolution of 2400 dpi.
We print onto a 380gsm matte canvas specifically designed for inkjet printing.
We believe our canvas print quality is the best in the business.
Our standard canvas frames are 3.5cm deep and made from treated pine wood.
We offer a range of sizes from 30x40cm upto 210x140cm.
Our larger canvas frames are fully braced to avoid canvas sag.
Each canvas is delivered ready to hang with the hanging hardware installed.
You just need to pop it onto a nail or hook in the wall.
Canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints.
You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth.
If your canvas needs a deeper clean wipe the canvas gently with a damp cloth.
Do not use any type of detergent, solvent or alcohol based cleaner on the canvas as this may result in removing the printed ink.
Our canvas prints are not suitable for outdoor use.
